Today\u2019s colour is orange, the second colour of the rainbow. When I look outside of my window everything looks orangish, the sun is back and it feels very optimistic. It was not like this when I left home at 5 am to drive over a lake. Streets were covered with a thick layer of snow and I was looking around to spot the Santa. It was the first snow of the season in Berlin (at least for me) and I got very excited, even though I had a totally different plan for this morning.<\/p>\n

We went on a beach next to a lake and it was covered with snow. It was cold, raining and extremely beautiful. We also got there definitely too early and had to wait for an hour in a car. All worth it. Lara<\/a> was cool enough not to kill me for asking her to get up at 5 am \"\ud83d\ude00\" I did feed her with a rainbow breakfast though so I am sure it made her happy. Happy rainbow week!<\/p>\n

This breakfast is not only orange, but also delicious. One of the lazy ones, that you can prepare a night before, what not to love \"\ud83d\ude00\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Recipe<\/div>\n

YOU WILL NEED:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \u00bc papaya<\/li>\n
  • juice from 1 big orange<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup oats<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp chia<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbs agave syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \nPlace papaya and the orange juice in your blender and mix well. In a bowl combine it with the rest of the ingredients, mix well, cover and leave in a fridge for a night.<\/p>\n

    Decorate with anything you like and that is orange.<\/p>\n
